Dr. Buchsbaum received his B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from the University at Albany, State University of New York, his M.A. in School Psychology from Northern Arizona University, and his Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Northern Arizona University. He is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. Dr. Buchsbaum has worked for the Tempe Elementary School District (TD3) as a School Psychologist for the past seven years and is currently serving as Co-Chair of the School Psychologists in the Student Support department for TD3. He is also currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Practice for the UA-Chandler Ed.S. Program in School Psychology. Dr. Buchsbaum’s teaching interests focus on behavior modification and ethics in the field of School Psychology as well as employing best practices in the field. Beyond teaching graduate students, he also works to provide ongoing educational opportunities to practicing school psychologists.
