To get some tips for surviving summer at home, This Is Tucson spoke with educational psychology doctoral student Rebecca Friesen, who also homeschools her three boys. "It can be very helpful to have a one-on-one with your child and ask 'What do you want to learn this summer? What skills do you want to gain?' And then start to develop a schedule from that."
This is Tucson also compiled a list of organizations offering virtual camps this summer, including the Cooper Center.
