Guest Speaker Dr. Alma Maldonado: Neopopulism in Mexico
Please join us in welcoming our distinguished guest speaker, Prof. Alma Maldonado, a former faculty member in the College of Education (2004-2009). Alma is back in Tucson as a visiting scholar in the Center for the Study of Higher Education. If you were at UArizona back then, you know she’s not an easily forgettable person!
Her upcoming talk, “Neopopulism In Mexico: The Impact on Mexican Higher Education and Scientific Policies” will be via both Zoom and in-person (with limited capacity), on October 1, 3-4:30pm.
