Dr. Heidi Legg Burross (Ph.D., University of Arizona) is an adjunct assistant  professor in the Department of Educational Psychology and at Pima Community College. She teaches courses in development and learning as well as research methods and statistics for both undergraduate and graduate students. In addition, she conducts research on Comprehensive School Reform, teacher incentive program effectiveness, and student perceptions of performance.
