Alumni Council
Go, Cats!
To celebrate the programs of the College of Education as vigorously as you cheer the Wildcats, get in touch with the college's Alumni Council. The council is open to any graduate from an education program or to anyone who feels a special affinity for education issues.
The Alumni Council
- Council members receive regular mailings about college events
- Serve on regional and Tucson committees to plan programs for alumni and for current students
- Conduct annual award programs for outstanding educators and for school volunteers
- Participate in public programs to inform citizens of issues affecting K-12 and higher education
- Have fun together!
The Alumni Council Board
The council is governed by a board which meets nine times a year to:
- Plan Homecoming activities for the college
- Conduct social and professional development events for students and graduates
- Recognize alumni who are making significant contributions to education and children
